Currently Director of Global Packaging Design within the Global Marketing. at Bayer Consumer Health, Morristown, NJ, Guidois responsible for new product design, packaging innovation and internal new technologies development.
His range of global responsibilities include ideas, conception and development of new products deisgns, technologies and packaging including; new material, new formulations, new dose forms such as; powders, granulations, solid dose tablet, and gel capsules.
Guido has nearly 37 years' international experience in the consumer healthcare industry specializing in packaging, branding, design, and process technology innovation. He is responsible for the successful implementation of local and global new packaging and production processes and projects for Bayer’s Consumer Health OTC brand portfolio.
Guido has developed several new technologies for different Bayer Consumer Health production sites and new products.
